The transportation network connecting to the Taoyuan International Airport(TPE) is highly efficient. Travelers can choose either bus, taxi or Airport MRT Line to Taipei city.
To Taipei City
Kuo-Kuang Bus (國光客運) Line:1819 Transport
Taoyuan International Airport terminals -- Taipei Main Station
Fare: NT$125
Intervals: 15-20 minutes (traffic 24hr)
Trip length: 55 minutes
After getting off the bus at Taipei Main Station, travelers can take a short walk and follow instructions to the MRT station near by.
Taxi
A typical fare to Taipei is approx. NT$1,200.

In Taipei City
Bus Information
Check the website “5284 I Love Buses” by Taipei City Government. You may find the buses schedule, routes, and even the current location of a particular bus.
MRT Information
The National Taiwan University (NTU, 臺灣大學, /Taida/) is located right next to the Gongguan Metro Station (Xindian Line, G07). Leave the station from "Exit 2 or 3" and walk in the campus for 10 mins then you can reach the conference venue in the Library.
From Taipei Main Station (R10/BL12)
Taking Tamshui Line at Taipei Main Station (R10/BL12) to C.K.S. Memorial Hall station (G10/R08), then change to Xindian Line (just on the opposite platform at same floor, have to take the train forward to Xindian) to Gongguan station (G07).
From Taipei Main Station of Taoyuan Airport MRT Line
Walking about 5 mins to Beimen station (G13), then taking Xindian Line (have to take the train forward to Xindian) to Gongguan station (G07) .
